Building Futures Through Skilled Craft and Labor Development
At Holder Construction, we believe that investing in people is the foundation of building excellence.

Our commitment to workforce development is rooted in creating meaningful opportunities for individuals to grow, thrive, and contribute to the future of our industry.
Through programs like HolderRISE, our paid high school internship initiative, we open doors for young talent to explore careers in construction and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, real-world environment. We actively engage with high schools across the communities where we work, hosting educational events and jobsite visits that inspire students to discover their potential and connect with skilled trades.
Our readiness programs are designed to equip aspiring craft professionals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed. By providing access to training, mentorship, and career pathways, we’re building more than projects—we’re building a strong, diverse, and prepared workforce for tomorrow.
