LEAD WITH INTEGRITY
PERFORM TOGETHER
CARE AND CONNECT
DEVELOP EACH OTHER
IMPROVE RELENTLESSLY

Holder has provided a variety of experiences and opportunities for me. I had the opportunity to live in four different states including Georgia, Colorado, New Jersey, and Utah, and experience working on multiple product types including aviation, data centers, and office buildings.
RACHEL SMITH
VDC SENIOR MANAGER

I was in high school when Jon Lewis, Senior General Superintendent, spoke at my high school construction program about Holder and its projects. He also shared the career paths and opportunities available within the industry. Holder was offering internships to some of the high school students, and I was lucky enough to intern with them over the summer of my junior year.
EVAN MAGEE
ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT

What I enjoy most about my role is being a part of the change within the construction industry by creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for our internal associates and the trade community.
ERICA LIGÈ
DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION MANAGER

I was working in the financial services industry when I realized I needed a change. When exploring new jobs, my friend referred me to Holder Construction. While I was initially skeptical about changing my career path so significantly, Holder was a great fit due to their cultural attributes and their impressive impact to the Atlanta skyline.
KURT KAISER
SENIOR RISK ANALYST

My favorite thing about Holder is the people I get to work alongside and the opportunities available to us. Leadership is constantly looking to challenge us in our career development. They open doors to new opportunities you never thought would be available. Everyone wants to see you succeed and are cheering you on as you continue to grow in your career. Holder has created a special culture in its 65-year history.
HESHAM FARRAG
MEP SENIOR MANAGER

I enjoy helping people and being a part of a team that ensures everyone goes home safely to their families each day. I also enjoy seeing younger associates who started as interns or safety coordinators advance into leadership roles in our department. I am excited about the future opportunities our safety professionals have ahead of them!
PAUL DUKE
SENIOR SAFETY DIRECTOR

I was drawn to construction by what I like to think was destiny. After realizing my biology major was no longer part of my life plan, I requested to change my major. I heard engineering was good for those who enjoyed math and science and provided job opportunities right out of college. I gravitated towards the construction management classes because they allowed me to apply my interpersonal skills and business acumen.
ROD JONES
PROJECT MANAGER

My favorite part of the job is working with a team to knock out a complex proposal update for a client. It takes a village and it's rewarding to comb through all the trade contractor bids, evaluate who is most competitive, line out and provide solutions to the project challenges and risks, and keep it all within budget and schedule. It's worthwhile when your team has created a final comprehensive proposal of which everyone involved can be proud.
KAELE SCHNEIDER
PRECONSTRUCTION SENIOR MANAGER

My favorite part about what I do is feeling like I'm truly able to make an impact on the building industry. Part of my role is helping develop pilot projects to test sustainable materials and construction methods using less water and energy and are healthier for trades and building occupants. I enjoy educating subcontractors and our Holder associates on choices they can make, both inside and outside the jobsite, that will reduce the environmental impacts of our building. I'd like to think, at the end of the day, if I'm doing my job right, I can make a personal contribution to bettering and decarbonizing the building sector.
