We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer to join our team. This role supports a technology client we build for nationally as it pertains to graphics, graphic design, presentations, collateral, newsletters, templates, etc. The perfect person for this job is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced yet supported environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently on assignments, handle multiple projects at one time while remaining flexible, and working within tight deadlines.
This position will be based in a corporate office with travel to client jobsites locally by car and in other states by plane.
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities in this role vary, giving you the chance to be creative in delivering messages and graphics in tasks such as:
- Develop print and digital media/collateral, vector infographics, covers, flyers, newsletters, reports and templates.
- Develop specific graphics for each of these listed.
- Design, manage and implement standard construction signage for the jobsite.
- Design custom campaign and event signage/banners/giveaways supporting safety, quality, and wellness.
- Participate in concept development for key messages, including logos and other branded elements.
- Coordinate production of materials by outside vendors as well as internal staff.
- Develop and articulate creative ideas, process improvements, and technological solutions to expand team’s abilities.
- Collaborate with field teams, project teams, and executives to deliver high-quality, visual support on tight timelines.
- Develop standardized templates that can be used by non-designers across the company.
- Create consistent, on-brand graphics that clearly communicate complex information.
- Video creation and editing is welcomed, not required

Background and skills for a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field)
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Experience using the Google Drive Suite (Slides, Docs, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Keen eye for detail in graphics, layout, and marketing collateral
- Independent drive: ability to take an idea and run with it
- Professional, inclusive, candid, and considerate; collaborative mindset and drive to improve relentlessly
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and problem solve
- Ability to work as a member of a team in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable working and speaking with employees in different departments/job titles
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and work collaboratively team members/company leaders under tight deadlines
- Architect, engineer, construction, design, commercial real estate experience, or similar related industry is welcomed, not required
