Assistant Field Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Field Coordinator to join our Field Operations team on our project in Manasses, VA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite trade work with a primary focus on safety
• Coordinate subcontractor work, project schedule, material delivery, and installation
• Maintain ongoing interaction and communication with project management and trade partners
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and correct deficiencies in the field
• Support Holder initiatives and collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals

Qualifications

Required:
• Ability to work in an OSHA-compliant safety environment and outdoors
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends with short notice
• Punctuality and reliability every day
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work within tight deadlines
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently

Preferred:
• Formal training in scaffolding competent person, crane management, steel erection, emergency response, fall management, excavation and confined space, rigging, hazardous waste, NFPDS/erosion control
• Experience identifying and correcting safety deficiencies in the field
