Construction Safety Administrator

Administrative Support

Richmond, Virginia

Holder Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated Safety Administrator to join our Project Team in Richmond, VA.

A qualified candidate will be responsible for providing in-person office support for our Safety Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Expense and Invoice Review and Processing for Timely Vendor Payments
  • Safety Team meeting coordination including Booking Rooms, Travel Coordination, Meeting Notes, etc.
  • Work in conjunction with Project Teams and Safety Department to complete safety related projects as needed including OSHA, New Project setup, ZAC meetings, and Approved drivers program
  • Help with the companywide safety program

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: 2-5 plus years required in Safety administration or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Construction Industry knowledge experience a plus
  • Strong Excel, Word, email, and other relevant computer skills
  • Strong work ethic, detail oriented, organized, ability to communicate, professional and dependable
