Administrative Field Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for an Administrative Field Assistant to join our Project Administration team on our project in Richmond, VA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
• Support field accounting and process project-related paperwork, such as vendor invoices, expense reports, weekly field payroll, and other miscellaneous requirements as needed
• Help manage day-to-day administrative tasks for jobs/projects, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and welcoming visitors
• Collaborate with the project team and other departments to support Project/Holder initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other events as needed
• Perform a variety of HR administrative tasks and reporting, including new hire onboarding, compliance management, benefits administration, and processing termination paperwork
Qualifications
Required:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, email, and other relevant computer applications
• Detail-oriented, organized, professional, dependable, and able to communicate effectively
Preferred:
• Experience in the construction industry
