Holder Construction is seeking applicants for the position of Second ShiftAssistant Field Coordinator for our project located in Omaha. 

Second Shift Assistant Field Coordinator jobduties/responsibilities include supervisingonsite trade work with a primary focus on safety. Coordinate subcontractor work, project schedule, material delivery, and installation. Maintain ongoing interaction and communication with project management and trade partners. Ensure compliance with safety standards and correct deficiencies in the field.  Support Holder initiatives and collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals. Second Shift is 6pm to 4am

Qualified Candidates for the position listed above must be able to work in an OSHA-compliant safety environment and outdoors. Willingness to work overtime and weekends with short notice. Punctuality and reliability every day is a must. Ability to handle multiple projects and work within tight deadlines. Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently
