Join Holder to Raise your awareness of the construction Industry and gain Skills and Experience through our paid high school internship program. The curriculum is for ages 16-17 years old and focuses on learning our culture and opportunities in construction. You will be exposed to all things field supervision by rotating your time in the different roles.
