Senior Risk Analyst

Holder Construction is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst (insurance background) to join our project team in Atlanta, GA.

This position will require relocation to Atlanta, GA. Relocation Assistance will be provided

Description of Responsibilities

Senior Risk Analyst (Insurance background) who is accountable for evaluating potential risks and exposures for the company and ensuring an effective process of identifying, measuring and managing risks through the implementation of insurance programs and other risk solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of Corporate insurance program
  • Maintaining strong relationships with third party service providers including brokers, insurers, and captive managers
  • Identifying exposures, recommending solutions, and implementing programs
  • Identifying contractual risk issues and owner contract management
  • Updating and monitoring compliance with insurance and risk management procedures
  • Assisting with managing captive insurance and corporate bonding programs
  • Legal compliance and claims handling

Required Education & Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or Business

Practical work experience, ideally 7-10 years of experience in Insurance or Corporate Risk Management

Prior Experience managing a team is a plus

  • Knowledge and understanding of construction insurance markets, policy forms, and products, including Wrap-Up programs
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple, competing deadlines
  • Ability to communicate to various levels of stakeholders
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
