Construction CCIP Administrator (Risk Management)

Holder Construction is seeking a highly motivated CCIP Administrator to join our project team at the Eppley Airport in Omaha, Nebraska.

 

A qualified candidate will be responsible for providing onsite administrative support for the project team and administration of the Contractor Controlled Insurance Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Physical and Electronic File Management and Organization; including Document Distribution and Document Retention
  • Expense and Invoice Review and Processing for Timely Vendor Payments
  • Work in conjunction with Project Manager’s, Superintendents, and Risk Department to complete project needed tasks
  • Insurance Support – Obtaining and Reviewing Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) enrollments and certificates of insurance (COIs)
  • Claim Management – responsible for accident reporting and managing claims through closure

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: 2-5 plus years required in office administration &/or office administration or related field
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Construction Industry knowledge experience a plus
  • CCIP/OCIP experience a plus
  • Claim management a plus
  • Strong Excel, Word, email, and other relevant computer skills
  • Strong work ethic, detail oriented, organized, ability to communicate, professional and dependable
