The Devon World Headquarters building is a 1.7 million square feet, 50 story office tower, in downtown Oklahoma City, OK. Unique features of this building include a 130-foot tall metal and glass rotunda, and a five story “podium” building. An above and below grade parking garage (10 stories) for 3,300 cars (a combination of an existing garage and new expansion) is also included. Building amenities include a full-service multi-station cafeteria and dining area, a state-of-the-art wellness center and mothering rooms, a data center, meeting spaces, and conference rooms. The adjacent “podium” building includes a mass assembly training center, general meeting spaces, and an adjacent 300 seat fixed seating auditorium building. This project is pursuing a LEED Certification and is currently tracking Gold. Sustainable features include day lighting controls on the perimeter offices, under floor air distribution on all tower office floors, demountable partitions, rapidly renewable materials, green roofs at the podium and auditorium buildings and energy and water efficient systems.
