The Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a first of-kind, state-of-the-art sports and entertainment stadium, spanning over 2 million square feet and exhibiting a one-of-a-kind retractable “oculus”-style roof. The stadium provides seating for up to 80,000 for NFL games, MLS soccer, and marquee events such as Super Bowls and World Cup matches. The sheer size and scope of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium project created an incredible platform for economic and community improvement.

The National Center for Civil and Human Rights is a LEED Gold museum dedicated to the achievements of both the civil rights movement in the United States and the broader worldwide human rights movement. This groundbreaking 42,000-square-foot facility includes a “living” center where visitors experience content through interactive exhibits and immersive activities and hi-tech offerings.

RESEARCH AND TRAINING FACILITY​

The Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) Research Center is a unique, state-of-the-art, multi-risk applied research and training facility on 90 acre. This facility significantly advances building science by enabling researchers to more fully and accurately evaluate various residential and commercial construction materials and systems.

MUSEUM​

The World of Coke, a 45,000 square foot, four-story facility includes museum-like displays of advertising memorabilia that showing the cultural history of Coca-Cola, punctuated by video presentations, live demonstrations, and interactive exhibits. This project was the culmination of a long history of work with Coca-Cola including the original World of Coke in 1989 in historic ‘Underground Atlanta.’

ATLANTA UNITED TRAINING FACILITY

The 28,000 square foot project is a state-of-the-art practice facility and headquarters building including;  a café, locker rooms, fitness facilities, three natural grass fields, three artificial turf fields, field lighting, maintenance building, a sponsorship pavilion, and surface parking totaling 400 spaces.

ATLANTA UNITED

YOUTH AND FAMILY CENTER 

The Agape Youth and Family Center project is the conversion of an existing one-story warehouse building into a youth and family center. The facility includes classrooms, a STEM lab, computer labs, library, gymnasium, and a kitchen to provide food service for more than 150 children in the program.  This was a unique opportunity for Holder and partners to give back to our community.  Through donations and pro-bono work, Holder and key trade contractors saved Agape more than $2 million dollars.
