Recruiting Coordinator

Holder Construction, an ENR top 100 Contractor, is seeking a Recruiter for our Atlanta Office.   This position will provide support to our experienced recruiting efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create a recruiting experience for each candidate that is unique and differentiates Holder
  • Development recruiting strategies with key stakeholders
  • Manage online postings to include company website and various job boards
  • Review profiles/resumes to qualify potential candidates.
  • Source candidates proactively on various job boards
  • Oversee logistics for candidates (interview scheduling, book travel, communications, etc.)
  • Cultivate relationships with candidates as needed
  • Support onboarding efforts (Collect /review new hire paperwork for completion and compliance, drug screen compliance, set up of first day, etc.)
  • Facilitate New Associate Orientation
  • General HR, Reporting, Recruiting support, and assist with special projects as needed.


Requirements for this position include:

  • Four-year college degree in Human Resources or business-related field
  • A proven track record in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition responsibilities
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience as a Human Resources coordinator
  • Experience with HR and Applicant Tracking platforms
  • Successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational, time management and computer skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects is also desired
  • Professional; engaging, positive attitude
  • Team-oriented mindset, proactive problem solver, highly organized
  • Independent drive, ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and under deadlines
