Applications Analyst

 

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Associate to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in improving businesses process in a financial environment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of our IT systems.

 

This role will be fully onsite in our Atlanta Office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Implement and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
    • Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O issues.

  • Quality/Testing:
    • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
    • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
    • Identify, document, and track defects and issues.

  • Microsoft DevOps:
    • Manage and maintain tickets Azure DevOps.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 1-5 years of working experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Interest in learning accounting and business processes.
  • This position is fully in-office in Atlanta, GA.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Experience.
  • Experience in Software Quality Assurance and testing.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Cucumber, Soap, etc.
  • Microsoft DevOps Experience, particularly Azure DevOps.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.
