HR Benefits Coordinator
Holder Construction Company, an Atlanta-based commercial construction company with operations throughout the United States, is seeking a highly motivated HR Benefits Coordinator to join our Atlanta-based Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of Holder benefits program for all Holder associates, including enrollment, invoice processing, and reports.
- Support individual associate questions and requests and consultation with managers.
- Work with Benefits Manager on annual open enrollment event activities.
- Lead Flexible Spending Account, COBRA, and Qualified Medical Support Order administration.
- Support company wellness program administration. May include onsite events, company challenges, communications, and associate support.
- Deliver program communications and promote department training.
- Additional HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of HR experience required.
- 2+ years of benefits/leave of absence or customer service experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Prior experience with HR systems and Benefits enrollment/administration platforms preferred.
- Professional and engaging with a positive attitude. Excellent Customer Service.
- Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset.
- Critical thinking skills, independent drive, ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and work efficiently in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and under deadlines.
- Intermediate presentation skills (e.g. experience delivering benefits presentations) preferred.
