Support Specialist
Holder Construction Company, an Atlanta based commercial construction company with operations throughout the United States, is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology associate to join our Atlanta, GA office. The IT support associate will be the first point of contact for associates requiring hardware assistance with their IT products. Assistance will cover a wide range of IT questions, support, and end-user training.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, remote desktop and in person
- New associate technology orientation
- Assist with additional projects as needed
- Technologies you will support include: Office 365, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Printer/Copiers, LAN/WLAN, Windows 10, MacOS, Egnyte, Intune, iOS, Android, Zendesk, Docusign
- Candidate Requirements include:
- Up to 3 years of experience in related field
- Associate degree or greater in related field, or relevant industry experience
- Ability to research and troubleshoot technology problems
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Flexible hours and travel will be required
