Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role supports our business development efforts in Atlanta and the Southeast. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

Opportunities and Pursuits:

  • Assist in creating strategies for business development in specific markets.
  • Help with regional business development meetings and pre-RFP sessions.
  • Work with marketing to create supporting materials.
  • Assist in planning pre-RFP activities.
  • Support research for the go/no-go decision process.
  • Help prepare RFQ/RFP responses and interview presentations.
  • Track business development opportunities and relationships using Dynamics/CRM.

Relationship Management:

  • Track relationships and leads using Dynamics/CRM.
  • Assist in managing events, including coordination and follow-up activities.
  • Help with strategy to target markets effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships to gather information on opportunities and clients.
  • Connect with stakeholders inside and outside the company.

Research:

  • Research targeted clients and opportunities.
  • Help analyze competitors' strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products (InDesign).
  • Independent drive and ownership of tasks.
  • Professional, inclusive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with market analysis capabilities.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and leaders.
  • Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, design, or commercial real estate is encouraged.
