We are currently seeking an experienced Laborer (Cleaner) to support our project management team located in New Albany, OH. The perfect person for this job is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced yet supported environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently on assignments, handle multiple projects at one time while remaining flexible, and working within tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Laborer will be responsible for the daily cleaning of jobsite office, amenity and common areas.  Individual will perform a wide range of duties including but not limited to: cleaning/sanitizing, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping/mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.); performing and documenting routine maintenance activities; and carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.

Ideal candidate will possess 1 year of experience and an understanding of safety and customer service. This position will provide primary support to our project team and must demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified Candidates for the position listed above must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and have the ability to see & hear well either naturally or with correction. Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs, 75% of the time.

Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside is possible and must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.  Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
