College Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking someone with a passion for not only Collegiate Recruiting, but the desire to be part of helping our company further differentiate themselves, and the interest and ability to be an integral part of our high-touch, high-performance culture.  


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Recruiting Champions in developing university recruiting strategies.
  • Build relationships and pipelines for new grads and interns.
  • Focus on strategy and opportunities to grow an established program to the next level.
  • Organize and implement campus events for fall and spring recruitment sessions along with other special college events.
  • Manage online postings to Handshake and university job boards.
  • Distribute recruiting materials and displays for campus for events.
  • Attend campus events during peak recruitment seasons.
  • Coordinate Company representatives for college events.
  • Oversee interview logistics for candidates.
  • Cultivate relationships with candidates.
  • Support onboarding efforts (Collect /review new hire paperwork for completion and compliance, drug screen compliance, set up of first day, etc.)
  • Produce metrics on university recruiting efforts such as ROI and acceptance rate


Requirements for this position include:

  • Four-year college degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
  • 0 to 2 years’ experience as an HR or Recruiting Coordinator.
  • College recruitment experience. (preferred)
  • Experience with HR and Applicant Tracking platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
