We are currently seeking experienced Labor Foremen to support support Field Supervision and project located in Mesa, AZ. The perfect person for this job is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced yet supported environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently on assignments, handle multiple projects at one time while remaining flexible, and working within tight deadlines.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include supervising a team of laborers that will provide a safe/organized working environment and clean jobsite. Responsibilities also include moving materials, picking up trash and debris and adapting to meet individual needs of each situation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidate for this position will possess 2 years of construction and 1 year of team leadership experience.  Individual must possess an understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge, able to work side by side with the team when necessary and demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues. OSHA 10 training at minimum/30 preferred, forklift and fall protection trained, mobile elevated work platform trained (boom and scissor).

 

Qualified Candidates for the positions listed above must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, have the ability to see & hear well either naturally or with correction. Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs, 75% of the time.

 

Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside and must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.  Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
