Support Specialist

Holder Construction Company, an Atlanta based commercial construction company with operations throughout the United States, is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team in our Atlanta Office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take primary ownership of corporate help desk, ensuring all tickets are addressed in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support via phone, remote desktop and in person
  • Assist with hardware support including replacement and repair
  • Maintain equipment tracking log
  • New associate technology orientation
  • Assist with additional projects as needed

Requirements for this position include:

  • Associate degree or greater in related field
  • Ability to research and troubleshoot technology problems
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Flexible hours and travel may be required.
  • Up to 0 - 1 year experience

This role is 100% in office.
