Compliance Field Supervisor

Risk Management

Atlanta, Georgia

Holder Construction is seeking a highly motivated Compliance Field Supervisor to join our project team in Atlanta, GA.

 

5-7 years of experience is required for this role.

 

Technical Responsibilities:

 

NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System)

  • Serve as the company’s NPDES trainer and responsible for oversight of company NPDES compliance.
  • Obtain/Maintain required certifications.
  • Keep and update project lists for NPDES inspections (Notice of Commencement/Termination).
  • Conduct monthly inspections for local projects and quarterly (or as required) for all other regions.
  • Implement state/local NPDES compliance requirements.
  • Environmental spill/release compliance manager.

Roof Inspections

  • Perform roof quality/watertightness inspections while visiting projects for NPDES inspections.

Warranty

  • Support project teams in resolution of open issues within the warranty period.
  • Coordinate 11-Month Warranty Walks and support internal/external warranty training efforts.
  • Identify recurring warranty issues ("Themes") and develop tracking metrics (e.g., Helix Project).

Precast Inspections

  • Maintain schedule and records of precast inspection requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute 1-year and 5-year precast inspections, including third-party collaboration.
  • Support and report on escalated precast issues.

Post-Construction

  • Manage risk and ensure documentation of any compliance or quality issues post-construction.
  • Perform field-level responsibilities aligned with Project Superintendent duties during post-construction.

Non-Technical Responsibilities

 

Communication & Coordination

  • Ensure issues get raised/resolved.
  • Handle conflicts professionally and timely.
  • Promote a team environment.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Senior/General Superintendents and Project Leads.
  • Coordinate with project teams prior to site visits (NPDES/Roofing or Warranty-related).
  • Collaborate with warranty and compliance staff to ensure alignment and reduce risk exposure.
  • Shares and implement lesson learned.
  • Promote our safety culture
