TENANT IMPROVEMENTS

The Autotrader.com headquarters is an award-winning interior design blending the creative brand with a functional work environment.  The space includes general offices, a small data center upgrade, a fitness center, and a full-service kitchen and dining room with capacity to serve  employees. The engine block design concept permeates the break areas, open office spaces, and conference rooms, making the AutoTrader.com brand strongly evident throughout the floors. 

DELTA

SKY CLUB PROGRAM​

Holder’s relationship with Delta Airlines started in 1977 - completing dozens of projects together.  Projects include office renovations, flight simulators, parking decks, hangers, gate re-configurations, an Operations Center, and on-call projects.  In 2018, Holder started the Sky Club program remodeling and constructing new Sky Clubs across the United States.  Major airports include Boston, Minneapolis, Detroit, Atlanta, New Orleans, Phoenix, Miami and Austin.

NTT GLOBAL DATA CENTERS

INTERIOR BUILD-OUT

Previously RagingWire, NTT Global Data Center’s Ashburn, Virginia campus includes 153,000 square feet of data floor with a capacity of 105 Watts/sf.  The electrical system is a N+1 configuration that includes (22) 1.5 MW generators with (20) 1MW UPS units and (2) 300kW UPS units. The mechanical system is a 2N configuration that includes 156 manufactured air units with a total of 7,000 tons of cooling capacity.

MUFG FINANCIAL GROUP

INTERIOR BUILD-OUT

MUFG Union Bank’s Tempe, Arizona office is a regional hub for the Japanese-owned bank.  The renovation and consolidation were completed in five  phases providing 1,000 workstations for MUFG employees.  The regional office amenities include a garden, conference center, collaborative areas and breakrooms on each floor.  The conference rooms include high-tech video conferencing to support collaboration with team members in New York and Japan.

AGNES SCOTT COLLEGE

REBEKAH HALL INTERIOR BUILD-OUT

The historic Rebekah Hall building was originally constructed in 1905.  Holder completed a full adaptive re-use, changing the original classroom building into offices and student housing.  While the historic character was maintained, the facility was completely re-purposed.  Rebekah Hall is now home for the Elizabeth Kiss Welcome Center, offices for Admissions, and student housing on the second floor.

INTERIOR BUILD-OUT​

HD Supply Headquarters includes corporate business units, administrative and support functions, as well as the HD Supply executives. Built to FitWell standards, the building includes conference centers, a full-service café, state-of-the-art fitness center, robust security/technology requirements, a centralized delivery area, and an executive suite.
