OFFICE BUILDING​

This project is a 7-story, 162,000 square foot contemporary LEED Silver office building, located in Dallas' Historic West End.  This building is an expansion of Corgan's existing facility, including a new parking deck. Holder and Corgan have more than 30-years working together and partnering on 100+ projects across the country.

TOWER II​
​
Cox Headquarters Tower II consists of a 22-story, Class A office tower and 13-story parking garage adjacent to the existing Headquarters Tower I building. Our 40-year relationship with Cox Enterprises includes hundreds of projects across multiple business units for the media company.  Projects include corporate office buildings, expansions and renovations, data center construction and upgrades,  and new and renovated studio space.

WORLD HEADQUARTERS
Holder | Flintco Joint Venture

The Devon Energy World Headquarters building is a 1.7 million square feet, 50-story office tower in downtown Oklahoma City, OK. The LEED Gold design incorporated energy efficiency and sustainable features throughout. Unique features include a 130-foot tall metal and glass rotunda, and a five-story meeting and auditorium building. Building amenities include a full-service multi-station cafeteria and dining area, a state-of-the-art wellness center, and a data center.

DEVON ENERGY

​PLAZA OFFICE BUILDING

This project is a corporate headquarters for a financial services firm. The award-winning LEED Gold design office building includes exquisite lobbies and gathering spaces, modern workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, a 136-seat large forum auditorium, a trading floor, full-service kitchen and dining, and outdoor elements with an extensive green roof.

CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

NCR’s iconic headquarters, located in Atlanta’s midtown, is comprised of  two next generation office towers.  The LEED Platinum design includes a glass-enclosed entry hall, terraced sidewalk seating,  a rooftop amenity-rich sky garden,  dining, fitness and meeting spaces, a next-generation of office environment,  and podium parking with a campus-like setting. Holder Construction completed the office buildings (core and shell), parking decks and central utility plant.

AMERICAN AIRLINES

BUILDING 6​

Holder has completed sixteen projects for American Airlines since 2014.  Building 6, is a high-tech office building adjacent to the Skyview 8 corporate headquarters.  The expanded corporate campus includes new parking decks, infrastructure upgrades, and landscape/mobility pathways connecting American Airline’s corporate campus.
