4004 PERIMETER SUMMIT BLVD

Holder began work on the Perimeter Summit campus in the 1990’s with the construction of Villa Christina. The Holder team returned to build 2002 Perimeter Summit, 3003 Perimeter Summit, and a new Villa Christina hotel. 4004 Perimeter Summit is a 400,000 square foot, ‘Class A’ spec office building on the Perimeter Summit campus and includes six levels of parking.

NORTH HILLS TOWER IV

Standing 20 stories tall, Tower IV is a 50,000 square foot structure, providing street-level retail, a ballroom, an outdoor terrace, conference center, fitness center, sustainable features, and premier views of Midtown Raleigh. Multiple phases of construction with Kane Realty, as well as tenant improvements, have brought life to this Class A office complex in the heart of North Hills, Raleigh, North Carolina.

24TH & CAMELBACK

This building is a 310,000 square foot premier office and retail center in the Biltmore area of Phoenix. Sustainability was a primary focus for the team. Throughout it’s 310,000 square feet, materials and systems are designed and constructed to promote water and energy  efficiency, enabling occupants and operators to see these technologies being implemented and help reduce the overall building operating costs in the desert while providing a state-of-the-art office environment.

300 COLORADO

Cousins Properties looked to Holder to construct this distinctive, high-rise addition  to downtown Austin, Texas. This building includes a 400,000 square feet rise 32 stories above street-level retail and restaurants between the Capitol and the Colorado River. The building’s 42-foot-tall crown roof feature is designed to make this a unique addition to the Austin sky line.

615 SOUTH COLLEGE​

The complexity of this 18-story core and shell office building is not in its space but in the connection it provides to the busiest hotel in Charlotte, the Westin, and the Lynx Light Rail. Through a connective raised plaza, demolition, and reconstruction of 50,000 square feet of the Westin’s parking deck, Holder helped Portman Holdings build 390,000 square feet of LEED Gold office space in Uptown Charlotte. All while maintaining the hotel’s conventions, seminars, guest stays, parking,  and  one of downtown’s busiest streets, College Street.

MESIROW STEIN REAL ESTATE

FREEPORT MCMORAN CENTER​

Occupying a full downtown city block, the project includes 760,000 square feet of mid-rise construction, including 10 stories of elevated cast-in-place concrete topped by 15 stories of structural steel. Holder followed the initial construction of the building with 180,000 square feet of tenant improvements for the marquee tenant.
