Holder Construction completed the Nexsen Pruet Law Offices in Columbia, South Carolina. The interior fit-out includes 60,000 square feet of legal offices covering four floors in the First Citizens Office Building. The work space includes a café-style lunch room, attorney and paralegal work stations, conference rooms and high end client meeting rooms.
Holder built the First Citizens Office Building in 2006 and was selected by Nexsen Pruet to complete the interior fit-out of their offices in conjunction with completing the base building. Holder provided full preconstruction services working with Nexsen Pruet and the design team to maximize the value for the stated budget. Holder completed the project in six months. Holder’s project superintendent was awarded Holder’s prestigious “President’s Award for Excellence” recognizing outstanding quality.
