This 130,000 square foot data center facility has 11,000 square feet of data floor day one (44,000 sf ultimate) and is designed to support an ultimate critical load of 12 MW. The electrical and mechanical systems are a Tier III design. The Phase 1 build-out includes six (6) 750kVA static UPS modules (12 ultimate), three (3) 2,500kW generators (6 ultimate). The mechanical system includes three (3) 500 ton chillers (6 ultimate), three (3) packaged cooling towers, eighteen (18) CRAH units (60 ultimate). Fuel oil is stored in two (2) 15,000 gallon underground storage tanks. The BAS/BMS controls system is integrated into one HMI, PLC based system.
