The Cox AutoTrader project is the renovation of approximately 305,000 gross square feet in an 17-story office tower. It includes 287,000 gross square feet of office space and 7,800 gross square feet of cafeteria/kitchen space. Phase 1 includes floors 1 through 7, 9 and 10, including the cafeteria. Phase 2 includes floors 8,14 15, 16, 17 and 18 and P3 level for the Fitness Center.
