Holder

Holder was contracted to convert 45,000 square feet (two floors) of existing data center space to an office type environment to accommodate approximately 350 seats. The project scope includes a renovated two-story atrium entrance and a 5,000 square foot cafeteria.  This is one of several projects Holder has completed for Charles Schwab acorss the country.
