Holder Wins BIG at the 2004 AGC Georgia Branch Annual Convention

On Saturday, May 8, 2004, the AGC Georgia Branch recognized companies receiving the Build Georgia Awards at its annual convention. Holder submitted four projects for consideration in the Construction Management At-Risk category for Contractors over $100 million in gross revenues in all three divisions (new construction, interior construction and renovation). Holder won three first place awards:

  • Best Interior Project, Ann Frank Museum, First Place
  • Best Renovation Project, Emory University, Candler Library, First Place
  • Best New Construction Project, Gwinnett Civic Center Arena, First Place

A panel of six independent judges represented Owners, Architects and Contractors. The judging was rigorous and involved extensive review and discussion by the judges. 

A special section highlighting the winners was featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle on May 14, 2004.
