Thank you for your interest in the Concourse D Midpoint Expansion located at the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, GA

The Concourse D Midpoint Expansion project includes selective demolition of the midpoint concessions and structure at Concourse D as well as construction of new three (3) story expansion.  New structure is a concrete frame with metal panel and glass skin.  The project will consist of new concession and retail space, additional escalators, interior finishes and new Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Airport Special Systems within the expansion area.  This project also includes modifications to apron paving, gate striping at 6 gates and one fixed boarding bridge extension.

Project is scheduled to begin construction December 2011 and has a substantial completion date in Mid 2013

Prequalification Process

In order to qualify for award of any scope of work, interested bidders must fully complete the HMB, JV Prequalification Form (link provided) and submit to:

Note: Interested Bidders must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for selection:

• Completed Prequalification Statement
• Experience Modification Rating Below 1.0
• Provide a Bond Commitment Letter Prior to Award
• Be Willing to Review Company Financial Data Prior to Award
• Meet Insurance Requirements
• Review and agree with HMB, A JV Request for Proposal (RFP) and all standard Subcontract terms

Drawing and FTP Access

Interested bidders may access the Holder FTP site (access instructions in link below) to download copies of their respective Construction Documents and Specifications for bid. In addition to the drawings and specifications, all approved bidders must obtain the HCC RFP from the FTP Site and review all documents prior to bid for a complete proposal submission.  Drawings may also be obtained from the reprographic company listed below:
