The renovation of the 21,375 square foot Pocomoke Residence Hall includes a central lobby (bringing it up to ADA standards), an elevator, the lounge renovation, reconfiguration of all rooms (with bathroom upgrades), upgraded finishes to the entire building, sprinkler and fire alarm systems, upgrades to the front desk and professional staff offices, a cardio room and other basement and attic space upgrades. This project is pursuing LEED Certification.
The Renovation of the 54,205 square foot St. Martin Hall includes the replacement of the HVAC system, replacement of the roof, a new sprinkler system, renovations to the lounge area, bathrooms and closets in each residence. The scope also included upgrades to finishes.
