One Central Park East is a 26-story Class A, core and shell office tower, developed by a group of partners led by Mesirow Financial Real Estate Inc. It is a major component of the Phoenix skyline for years to come and signals resurgence in downtown Phoenix development. Located adjacent to Arizona State University, the building is the first high-rise tower to open in downtown Phoenix in nearly eight years.
One Central Park East encompasses approximately 760,000 sf of mid-rise construction, including 10 stories of elevated cast-in-place concrete topped by 15 stories of structural steel for a total of 360 vertical feet above street level.
This first-class project occupies a city block in downtown Phoenix and is adorned in a state of the art unitized curtainwall system with key dichroic glass feature elements. One Central Park East boasts a feature entry lobby highlighted with stone, ornamental metals and millwork walls and ceilings as well as ground floor retail spaces which are open to the ground level traffic.
The project achieved a Green Globes Certification (1 Globe).
