Holder Is Named to Top 25 Best Medium Companies to Work for in America List for Third Consecutive Year!

Holder Construction has been named to the third annual Top 50 Best Small and Medium Companies to Work for in America list. The national rankings were announced on June 26th before 13,000 Human Resources professionals at the Society for Human Resource Managment's (SHRM's) national Conference & Exposition in Washington, D.C. Ranking second on the list, Holder is the only general contractor and one of only two Georgia companies to make the list. In addition, Holder is one of only 16 companies who have made the list since its inception in 2004.

This year is the third release of the list, which ranks the top 25 small (50 to 250 employees) and top 25 medium (251-999 employees) companies in America. The organizations were announced by SHRM and selected and ranked by the Great Place to Work® Institute (GPTWI) based on the results of an employee opinion survey. Each evaluated company was given a score based on employees' responses to a detailed questionnaire about the organizations' workplace cultures.

GPTWI cofounder Robert Levering said, "These companies stand out because their employees find them to be places where they can trust the management, have pride in their work, and have fun at work. Other companies have much to learn about how to both be productive and do right by their people."

SHRM is the world's largest association devoted to human resource management.
