Assistant Coordinator Business Development-Dallas, TX

Holder Construction Company, an ENR top 100 Contractor, is seeking a Business Development Assistant Coordinator in Dallas, Texas . Qualified candidate will be responsible for coordinating proposal and qualification responses, coordinating presentation materials, assembling marketing collateral materials, market research, creating reports and maintaining data in Deltek Vision and sharepoint databases, writing project stories and descriptions, and general business development support.

A bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications related field is preferred.  Previous experience (including internships and co-ops), with a construction or architecture/engineering firm is preferred.

This position requires strong organizational, teamwork, communication, time management and interpersonal skills; and advanced proficiency using Microsoft Word 2010 and Power Point 2010. Familiarity with Deltek Vision or other CRM software programs, Photoshop and Illustrator are  advantageous.

Accounting Administrative Professional - El Segundo, CA

Holder Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated accounting - administrative/accounting professional to join our project team located in El Segundo, CA. Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to our project management team.

Requirements for this position include 2-4 years administrative experience, A/P, A/R and some payroll experience.  Successful candidates will also possess outstanding communication, time management and computer skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.  Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
